Panel & Solid Wood Processing
Panel processing presents daily challenges for carpenters, cabinet makers, and DIYers alike. The advanced features of our F 45 machine are designed to make your panel processing easier and more precise. We offer cutting capabilities with accuracy up to 0.1mm and can handle materials up to 100mm in thickness to meet all your cutting needs. From rough planks to finished timber, we deliver precise cuts to your required sizes and dimensions.
The natural grain patterns of solid wood give furniture a unique, high-quality appearance. Solid wood is not only durable and stable but also offers a tactile sense of craftsmanship. The trimming, ripping, and refining of wood and boards each present their own challenges.
We also offer a thicknessing service, where our machine can plane the surface of planks to a precise thickness of 0.1mm, with a maximum width of 600mm.
Edging Service
Our HEBROCK F2 edge bander is designed to handle virtually any type of wood, including chipboard, blockboard, MDF, and multiplex. You can rely on our machine for precise and clean edge processing, with a high-quality finish. The machine uses hot melt glue applied at 190°C to bond the edging securely to your boards.
Its self-milling feature ensures any excess edge banding thickness is trimmed off the board before applying the new edge, resulting in a superior finish and ensuring the board is finished to its exact dimensions.
The minimum board thickness is 12mm, and the maximum thickness is 45mm.
